Badass Yogi Productions

Based in Belgium since 2008, Badass Yogi Productions (BYP) operates across Europe within the fields of jazz and improvised music.

BYP develops flexible operational, production, and artist development structures designed to support independent artists and international projects navigating the European ecosystem — particularly in France and Benelux.

Rather than functioning as a traditional booking agency or management company, BYP acts as a local operational and production partner, helping projects move from touring interest to operational reality.

Its activities combine:

• project positioning and development support

• local operational coordination

• production and touring logistics

• administrative and compliance support for international mobility

• audiovisual and creative production initiatives

This modular approach allows collaborations to adapt to the specific realities of each project — whether the objective is:

• developing touring activity in Europe

• structuring local production capabilities

• supporting artist visibility and positioning

• creating audiovisual content

• organizing residencies and showcases

• or building sustainable long-term artistic activity within the European market.

BYP’s work is grounded in flexibility, territorial knowledge, and operational continuity, with a strong focus on supporting independent artists and creative structures within the realities of today’s jazz ecosystem.

Through BYP Records, finally Badass Yogi Productions is also a record label producing Jazz & improvised musics distributed worldwide by The Orchard.
